The Millennium Plaza Hotel & Commercial Tower complex comprises a 23-floor furnished apartment tower, a 22-floor commercial tower, and an 18-floor hotel tower, accompanied by an adjoining shopping mall. Their construction required a staggering 50,000 cubic meters of concrete and approximately 8,000 tonnes of reinforcing steel.
